The G-band (220 GHz to 300 GHz) represents the upper ceiling of radio wave communications before transitioning into the far-infrared terahertz spectrum. Offering up to 50 GHz of continuous spectrum, the G-band enables wireless data transfer speeds exceeding 1 Terabit per second over short distances (1-10 meters), ideal for instantaneous wireless downloading of full 8K holographic movie libraries at public kiosks and high-speed chip-to-chip wireless motherboard buses.
