Self-Organizing Network (SON) feature automatically detecting and tuning handover thresholds to prevent failures.
Technical Explanation
Mobility Robustness Optimization automatically classifies handover problems into: (1) Too Early Handover (UE connects to target but immediately drops and returns to source), (2) Too Late Handover (UE drops link in source cell before handover command is received), and (3) Handover to Wrong Cell. MRO automatically tunes cell-specific offsets (Ocn) and TTT to achieve optimal handover reliability.
