Binding Support Function with Anycast Routing

A routing coordinator ensuring that all control and user plane signaling for a specific PDU session always binds to the identical serving PCF and SMF instances.

Technical Explanation

In large distributed 6G cores with thousands of parallel PCF and SMF instances, control messages belonging to the same user session must reach the specific instances holding that session's state. BSF-6G maintains dynamic IP-to-instance binding tables. Operating with BGP Anycast routing, BSF-6G directs policy updates and session modifications to the correct functional instance in sub-milliseconds without central proxy bottlenecks.
