Technical Explanation
SIB4 carries information about other NR carrier frequencies, including absolute radio frequency channel numbers (ARFCN), subcarrier spacing, cell re-selection priority (cellReselectionPriority), search thresholds (s-NonIntraSearch), and inter-frequency neighbor cell lists with cell-specific offsets.
