Information regarding inter-RAT E-UTRA (LTE) carrier frequencies and neighbor cells for re-selection.
Technical Explanation
SIB5 enables 5G UEs in RRC_IDLE or RRC_INACTIVE to measure and re-select to LTE (E-UTRA) carrier frequencies when 5G coverage weakens. It contains E-UTRA carrier frequency lists, E-UTRA measurement bandwidth, re-selection priorities, and threshold parameters (threshX-High, threshX-Low).
