P0-PUSCH
Nominal Received Power Parameter P0
Base target power level in dBm configured by gNodeB representing desired received power per PRB.
Technical Explanation
P0 is the nominal received power per resource block assuming zero path loss. It consists of cell-specific component P0_NOMINAL_PUSCH (broadcast in SIB1) and UE-specific component P0_UE_PUSCH (configured via dedicated RRC). Different P0 values can be configured for different beam states, bandwidth parts, and numerologies.
Key Functions
- Sets base target received power per PRB at the gNodeB receiver
- Combines cell-wide broadcast baseline with UE-specific RRC offsets
- Configured separately per Bandwidth Part and spatial beam state
