N311

Technical Explanation

While timer T310 is running, if radio conditions improve and PDCCH BLER falls below threshold Qin, physical layer sends in-sync indications. When N311 consecutive in-sync indications are accumulated (values in {n1, n2, n3, n4, n5, n6, n8, n10}), RRC stops timer T310, successfully preventing Radio Link Failure.
