N22 Interface
N22 Reference Point (AMF to NSSF)
Interface between AMF and NSSF for Network Slice Selection assistance.
Technical Explanation
Realized via Nnssf_NSSelection, N22 allows the AMF to query the NSSF with the UE's Requested NSSAI and subscribed slices. The NSSF evaluates operator policy to return the Allowed NSSAI and target AMF Set.

- Assists AMF in selecting appropriate Network Slice Instances (NSIs)
- Calculates Allowed NSSAI and Configured NSSAI for user location
- Realized via Nnssf_NSSelection service operations
