Initial Control Resource Set
Special CORESET configured via MIB pdcch-ConfigSIB1 used to schedule SIB1 PDSCH transmission.
Technical Explanation
CORESET 0 is determined during cell search from the 4-bit table in MIB (pdcch-ConfigSIB1). It defines the bandwidth (e.g. 24, 48, or 96 PRBs), symbol duration (1 or 2 symbols), and frequency offset relative to the SSB. Search Space 0 operates inside CORESET 0 to monitor DCI Format 1_0 scrambled by SI-RNTI.
