Technical Explanation
Search Space 0 is configured via the lower 4 bits of pdcch-ConfigSIB1 in MIB. It specifies the monitoring occasions (slot index, start symbol, periodicity) within CORESET 0 where the UE attempts blind decoding of DCI Format 1_0 using SI-RNTI to receive SIB1.
