Technical Explanation
ETSI Zero-Touch Network and Service Management (ZSM) provides end-to-end automation for complex heterogeneous 6G topologies that incorporate terrestrial cells, LEO satellites, and distributed edge clouds. Using declarative service contracts and model-driven autonomous agents, ZSM executes continuous Monitor-Analyze-Plan-Execute (MAPE) loops. It automates onboarding, lifecycle operations, SLA assurance, and automated anomaly root-cause remediation without operator intervention.
