Technical Explanation
The Unified Data Management (UDM) stores the supreme cryptographic secrets of a mobile network: long-term subscriber credentials, private authentication vectors, and encryption master keys. Quantum-Safe UDM stores and processes all credentials using NIST-standardized Post-Quantum Cryptography (ML-KEM and ML-DSA), guaranteeing that data intercepted and stored by adversaries today cannot be retroactively decrypted by quantum computers in the 2030s.
