Technical Explanation
The In-Network Compute Broker (INCB) treats computing power as a tradable, allocable telecommunication resource alongside radio spectrum. When millions of devices request AI model inference, holographic rendering, or physics simulations, the INCB arbitrates across heterogeneous compute providers (telco edge, cloud hyperscalers, neutral hosts, and idle user smartphones). It allocates workloads to the lowest-cost, lowest-latency node with microsecond precision.
