Technical Explanation
Operating at frequencies above 100 GHz requires high output power to overcome path loss, generating significant thermal dissipation in handset power amplifiers. The sub-THz handset thermal management engine continuously monitors thermistor sensors adjacent to RFIC antenna modules. Using intelligent predictive thermal throttling and micro-burst transmission scheduling, it sustains maximum peak throughput for large downloads while keeping handset external chassis temperatures strictly below regulatory ergonomic thresholds (<41°C).
