Technical Explanation
When a datacenter experiences an impending power failure, thermal overheating, or localized cyber attack, running network functions must be evacuated immediately. The Dynamic NF Migrator live-migrates memory pages, CPU registers, and network socket states of running AMF, SMF, or UPF instances across optical fiber to a distant backup data center, completing the migration in milliseconds without terminating active voice calls or data sessions.
