6G Edge Sovereign Cloud

Jurisdiction-Bound Edge Cloud Enclave for Sensitive National Data

Edge computing architecture guaranteeing that sensitive corporate and citizen data never physically crosses national borders or untrusted networks.

Technical Explanation

With global data sovereignty laws (such as European Gaia-X and US CLOUD Act restrictions), transmitting sensitive healthcare, industrial, or government data to centralized overseas clouds is legally prohibited. The 6G Edge Sovereign Cloud enforces geographic data zoning at the cell tower edge. Cryptographic access policies, hardware enclaves, and localized 6G core UPFs guarantee data processing, storage, and AI inference occur strictly within defined physical national jurisdictions.

Key Functions

  • Enforces strict geographic and legal data boundary compliance at the cell site edge
  • Prevents sensitive enterprise and citizen data from traversing foreign backhauls
  • Utilizes hardware-isolated confidential computing enclaves at local edge nodes
  • Complies with European Gaia-X, GDPR, and international data protection mandates
