Quantum-Resistant eUICC & iSIM Enclaves

Tamper-proof physical silicon security chips embedded in smartphones and IoT devices that store master post-quantum cryptographic keys securely.

Technical Explanation

The foundation of all cellular security is the Hardware Root of Trust (HRoT)—traditionally the physical SIM card or embedded SIM (eUICC). In 6G, the integrated SIM (iSIM) is embedded directly into the main mobile processor die inside a tamper-proof secure enclave. The 6G HRoT features physical side-channel defenses, quantum-random number generators, and hardware accelerators for post-quantum algorithms, ensuring master keys cannot be extracted even with physical electron microscope probing.
