Technical Explanation
xApps are independent, containerized software applications developed by diverse vendors. Operating within the Near-RT RIC, xApps subscribe to E2 telemetry and execute specialized logic: smart handover optimization, anomaly detection, massive MIMO beam optimization, and radio slicing assurance.
