Technical Explanation
Cellular Vehicle-to-Everything (C-V2X) utilizes the PC5 sidelink interface to enable direct, peer-to-peer radio communication between vehicles (V2V), pedestrians (V2P), and roadside infrastructure (V2I) in the dedicated 5.9 GHz ITS band, operating even when cellular coverage is absent.
