PBR
Prioritized Bit Rate
Guaranteed data rate allocated to a logical channel before lower-priority channels receive transmission grants.
Technical Explanation
Configured per logical channel in RRC, PBR specifies the minimum data rate (in bytes/sec or infinity) served during LCP execution. It ensures that lower-priority background channels are not completely starved by continuous high-priority data transfers.
