Cross-Link Interference RSSI
Measurement resource enabling UEs to detect cross-link interference from neighboring UEs in dynamic TDD.
Technical Explanation
In dynamic TDD networks where adjacent cells configure conflicting transmission directions, a UE receiving downlink data may suffer severe interference from a nearby UE transmitting in the uplink. CLI-RSSI measures total received power on configured OFDM symbols to detect such cross-link interference.

- Measures received signal strength indicator across configured cross-link symbols
- Identifies UE-to-UE interference in flexible TDD slot assignments
- Reports CLI measurements to gNodeB for dynamic scheduling avoidance
