Technical Explanation
When a user roams from Operator A to Operator B, all signaling traverses the N32 interface between their edge proxies. SEPP 2.0 inspects, filters, and encrypts all cross-carrier traffic using Post-Quantum Cryptography (ML-KEM/ML-DSA). It enforces strict JSON/Protobuf Web Token validation, performs application-layer message filtering, and sanitizes headers to prevent malicious operators from injecting malicious core commands.
