Technical Explanation
Single-tower (monostatic) radar cannot detect targets behind buildings or those designed with stealth geometries that deflect signals away from the transmitter. In Multi-Static Cooperative Radar Fusion, one base station illuminates an area while multiple surrounding base stations, smart surfaces (RIS), and streetlamp nodes capture the scattered echoes. Edge AI servers fuse these multi-perspective signals into a unified 3D point cloud, rendering stealth and physical occlusion ineffective.
