Technical Explanation
Hyper-Reliable and Low-Latency Communication (HRLLC or xURLLC) is designed for mission-critical cyber-physical systems where failure or lag is catastrophic. Supporting robotic microsurgery, synchronized smart electrical grids, high-speed rail collision prevention, and industrial microsecond motion synchronization, HRLLC combines extreme multi-path diversity, packet pre-emption, and deterministic time-sensitive scheduling.

- Reduces air-interface user plane latency strictly below 0.1 milliseconds
