DEREGISTERED Registration Management State
5GS Registration Management state where UE is not registered with the core network and cannot be reached.
Technical Explanation
In RM-DEREGISTERED state, no valid registration context exists for the UE in the AMF. The UE's location is unknown, and the network cannot deliver paging or incoming calls. To transition to RM-REGISTERED, the UE must execute an Initial Registration procedure.
Key Functions
- UE context is absent or dormant in serving AMF
- Network cannot page or route incoming services to the terminal
- Transitions to RM-REGISTERED via successful Initial Registration
