Technical Explanation
When a local transmitter leaks power into the receive antenna while an edge UE transmits at receiver sensitivity, the power imbalance can exceed 120 dB. Rel-18 defines automatic gain control (AGC) strategies, highly linear analog mixers, and oversampled delta-sigma ADCs that prevent receiver desensitization while maintaining high quantization resolution for faint uplink signals.
