Technical Explanation
Frequencies above 100 GHz are vital for scientific Earth Exploration Satellites (EESS) and radio astronomy telescopes listening for cosmic background radiation. Terahertz AFC is a mandatory cloud service. Before any 6G base station transmits on sub-THz channels, it queries the AFC system with its exact location and antenna tilt. The AFC calculates dynamic exclusion zones, authorizing maximum EIRP levels that prevent interference to orbital weather sensors.
